EPF Emerges As Substantial Shareholder In Eco-Shop 

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 2 (Bernama)-- The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Eco-Shop Marketing Bhd after acquiring 8.68 million ordinary shares on Aug 27, 2026.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company noted that the retirement fund's direct interest in the company now stands at 296.16 million ordinary shares, representing a 5.144 per cent stake.

The total stake percentage was calculated based on Eco-Shop Marketing's issued share capital of 5.76 billion ordinary shares as of Aug 27, 2026.
