K2 Global in a statement said it has built concentrated positions in frontier technology companies, including Neuralink, xAI, SpaceX, Shield AI, Tenstorrent, Synchron, Lambda, Agility Robotics and Function Health, as it seeks to back founders developing foundational technologies.
“AI is reshaping every industry, from national security and robotics to healthcare and industrial systems. We believe many of the defining companies of the next decade will emerge at the intersection of intelligence, compute and the physical world,” said Amanat.
The firm’s investment strategy focuses on identifying foundational technology platforms positioned to shape the next decade of innovation and American technological leadership, with investments spanning AI, autonomy, defence systems, robotics, semiconductors, compute infrastructure and healthcare.
K2 Global’s investor and partner base includes entrepreneurs, family offices, foundations, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, banks, and strategic operators across the United States, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Its AI Fund will focus on early-stage investments and building high-conviction positions in companies developing large language models, humanoid robotics, brain-computer interfaces and other advanced technologies with potential for significant global impact.
Amanat added that K2 Global aims to partner with founders building enduring, category-defining platforms with global impact, while remaining focused on technologies that strengthen competitiveness in robotics, healthcare and national security.
Beyond the AI Fund, K2 Global said it will continue exploring opportunities in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, defence technologies and applied sciences as part of its broader frontier-technology investment strategy.
