QualityKiosk Technologies Rebrands As QKTech, Shifts Focus To AI Reliability

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 (Bernama) -- QualityKiosk Technologies has rebranded as QKTech, as it repositions itself as an artificial intelligence (AI) reliability engineering and assurance company.

The new identity reflects the company’s shift from quality engineering and digital assurance to engineering reliability across digital, AI and autonomous systems, QKTech said in a statement.

The company, which has spent 26 years helping enterprises make their technology dependable, said it would extend its work across applications, platforms, AI models, intelligent systems and autonomous agents.

“Every major technology shift eventually reaches the same question: can the enterprise depend on it?

“For more than two decades, our work has centred on answering that question for digital systems at scale. As AI becomes part of the operating fabric of the enterprise, QKTech brings that experience forward to embed reliability across enterprise AI and digital foundations,” said QKTech chief executive officer, Maneesh Jhawar.

QKTech said its Reliability OS platform brings together its services in areas including the reliability of AI models, digital systems and AI agents.
