Core Proptech Records RM158 Mln In Property Transactions Over Past 12 Months

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Property technology company Core Proptech Sdn Bhd recorded more than RM158 million in property transaction value from over 150 units sold over the past 12 months, bringing its cumulative transaction value since launch to more than RM265 million.

In a statement, the company said its cumulative performance since 2023 has reached more than 240 units sold, with over 60 per cent of its reported cumulative unit volume and transaction value generated during the latest 12-month period.

Core Proptech connects property developers directly with licensed real estate agents via its digital platform, giving registered agents access to available projects, project information, commission details and sales updates.

The company said its personal sales model is designed to reduce unnecessary layers in the traditional property sales process and allow agents to retain a higher share of commissions generated from their own sales.

Chief executive officer and co-founder JJ Liau said that reaching more than RM158 million in transaction value over the past 12 months is an important milestone for Core Proptech and reflects the growing adoption of our platform among property agents and developers.

“Our focus has always been on making the property sales journey more structured, transparent and accessible by bringing key parts of the process into one platform,” he said.

He said that as the company network continues to grow, they remain committed to building the infrastructure that helps agents discover opportunities, understand their potential earnings and manage their sales more efficiently.

Core Proptech said that high-rise residential properties, including condominiums and serviced apartments, accounted for 79.8 per cent of recorded transaction activity during the period.

As of Aug 19, 2026, the company said its network comprised 66 developers, 115 projects and 1,235 registered agents.
