Uni-Fuels Reports Record First-Half Results, Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10 (Bernama) -- Uni-Fuels Holdings Limited (Uni-Fuels), a Singapore-headquartered provider of marine fuel solutions, reported a 1,415 per cent jump in net income to US$1.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, from US$0.1 million a year earlier. (US$1 = RM4.06)

In a statement, the company said revenue increased 72 per cent to US$197.1 million from US$114.6 million, while gross profit increased 158 per cent to US$5.3 million from US$2.1 million.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Koh Kuan Hua said the first-half results demonstrated the strength of the company’s commercial execution and business model, with its ability to respond to changing market dynamics contributing to improvements in revenue, profitability and operating performance.

Koh said geopolitical developments and market volatility continued to influence global oil markets, while Uni-Fuels remained focused on delivering reliable supply solutions and value-added services to customers.

Uni-Fuels said income from operations surged 936 per cent to US$1.9 million from US$0.2 million, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 598 per cent to US$2.1 million from US$0.3 million.

The company said its gross profit margin improved to 2.7 per cent from 1.8 per cent in the corresponding period, while it raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of US$340 million to US$360 million from US$320 million to US$340 million previously.

The higher guidance reflects stronger-than-expected first-half performance and continued commercial momentum.

Uni-Fuels said the improved first-half performance and higher revenue guidance position the company for continued momentum in the second half of 2026.
