Petronas Gas Shares Up 0.45 Pct In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 27 (Bernama) -- Petronas Gas Bhd’s share price rose 0.45 per cent in early trade today, after the company reported a higher net profit for the second quarter ended June 30,2026 (2Q FY2026), yesterday.

At 10.59 am, PGB’s share price rose by eight sen to RM17.66, with 21,500 shares traded.

However, revenue for the quarter under review inched down by 5.6 per cent to RM1.50 billion from RM1.59 billion previously due to lower revenue from the utilities segment following lower sales volumes due to planned regulatory turnaround activities.
