KLCI Futures End Mostly Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 24 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed mostly higher on Monday.

The September 2026, December 2026, and March 2027 contracts gained 0.5 points each to 1,720.5, 1,720.5, and 1,703.0, respectively. However, the August 2026 contract lost 2.5 points to 1,739.0.

Turnover surged to 43,170 lots from last Friday’s 9,574 lots, while open interest expanded to 83,842 contracts from 48,670.
