FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Thursday. 

At 9.29 am, the August 2026, September 2026 and March 2027 contracts reduced 7.5 points each to 1,736.5, 1,714.5, and 1,698.5 respectively, while the December 2026 contract slid six points to 1,715.5.

Turnover stood at 1,879, while open interest totalled 39,709 contracts.

At 9.08 am, the FBM KLCI eased 4.32 points to 1,737.29, from Wednesday’s close of 1,741.61.
