KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 10 (Bernama) -- Inta Bina Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a main building works contract worth RM115.65 million from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd.
The contract involves the construction of 61 units of three-storey terrace houses and one electrical substation in KL East, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, said the group in a Bursa Malaysia filing.
The project is scheduled for completion 30 months after the commencement date of August 24, 2026.
“The award reflects continued demand for quality residential developments in established and well-connected locations within Kuala Lumpur, while further reinforcing Inta Bina’s presence in the Klang Valley construction market,” it said.
Inta Bina managing director Paul Lim said the group remains committed to meeting Sime Darby Property’s safety expectations while delivering the project with quality, discipline, and focus on execution.
He said the RM115.65 million contract increases Inta Bina’s outstanding order book to approximately RM1.7 billion while also bringing the group’s total job wins in 2026 to RM424 million.
“The group continues to maintain a healthy tender pipeline, with approximately RM3.3 billion worth of submitted tenders.
“We remain optimistic that these opportunities will support the group’s future growth and earnings visibility,” said Lim.
