KLCI Futures Open Mixed

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were mixed in early trade on Monday.

At 9.33 am, the August 2026 contract was unchanged at 1,732.5, while September 2026 and December 2026 contracts edged up 0.5 point each to 1,711 and 1,714.5, respectively, but the March 2027 contract slipped 11.5 points to 1,702.5.

Turnover stood at 1,893 lots, while open interest totalled 42,715 contracts.

At 9.07 am, the FBM KLCI slipped 4.56 points to 1,720.34 from last Friday’s close of 1,724.90.
