Exsim Hospitality Unit Secures RM63.5 Mln Interior Design Works Contract

KUALA LUMPUR, July 9 (Bernama) -- Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB), has accepted a letter of award from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd for the design and build of interior works under a RM63.5 million contract.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the hospitality company said the works commence on July 9, 2026 and are scheduled for completion on Dec 31, 2026, with a defects liability period of 12 months commencing from the date of Certificate of Practical Completion of the completed works.

“ECSB shall carry out the contract works in accordance with the other supplementary terms and conditions set out in the letter of award,” said the group.
