KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- Malaysia announced the establishment of the Malaysia-Indonesia Halal Council in a bid to strengthen halal diplomacy between the two countries, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi today.
