In a research note today, RHB Investment Bank Bhd said it expects earnings to recover gradually from 4Q 2026, supported by committed lease-ups and contributions from recently completed acquisitions.

“We think the earnings setback was partly due to timing and temporary vacancy gaps during tenant transitions, while the growing pipeline of largely pre-leased assets provides earnings visibility for financial year 2027,” it said.

The investment bank has maintained its “Buy” with a target price of RM2.30 per share.
