TSH Resources Finds No Business Links To 10 Indonesian Firms Named By Singapore NEA
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 (Bernama) -- TSH Resources Bhd said its review of records to date has not identified any business relationship with any of the 10 companies named by Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) regarding forest and peatland fires in Indonesia.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the palm oil company, which operates in Malaysia and Indonesia, said none of the 10 companies is a subsidiary, associate or joint venture of the group.
“The group has not identified any shareholding in, or direct operational, supply-chain or business relationship with any of them,” it said.
The NEA issued preventive measure notices to the 10 companies under the Transboundary Haze Pollution Act 2014.
The companies are PT Bumi Andalas Permai, PT Bumi Mekar Hijau, PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng, PT Sumatera Alam Anugerah, PT SBA Wood Industries, PT Hutan Lestari Raya, PT Bangkanesia, PT Buana Megatama Jaya, PT Mananjung Hayak, and PT Baratama Putra Perkasa.
TSH Resources said it received enquiries from Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte Ltd (SGX RegCo) on Oct 28, 2026, relating to matters covered by the NEA notices.
“The group is in the process of reviewing its records and compiling the documents and information requested, and will continue to engage and cooperate with NEA on the provision of such documents and information.
“The responses are based on the information available to the company and the records reviewed as at the date of this announcement, and may be updated as the review progresses. The company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments,” it said.
