CTOS Digital Among Top Active Counters In Early Trade Following Strong 3Q Results

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 (Bernama) -- CTOS Digital Bhd was among the top active counters in early trade today, following a stronger third-quarter performance ended Sept 30, 2026 (3Q 2026).

At 10.59 am, the company’s shares rose 3.5 sen to 42.5 sen with 23.97 million shares traded.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the credit reporting agency said its net profit rose to RM27.54 million, up from RM24.69 million in the same period a year ago.

Revenue for the quarter under review also rose to RM87.56 million from RM83.00 million previously.

Meanwhile, RHB Investment Bank Bhd said CTOS Digital’s 4Q 2026 earnings are expected to moderate due to a temporary suspension of CCRIS access and the expiry of tax incentives.

“However, we can expect a swift recovery in business once services resume, given CTOS’ leading market position and industry preference for its solutions, as well as the importance of a credit reporting agency (CRA) embedded within the ecosystem of its key account clients.

“We believe the new key growth strategies driven by deepening partnerships with digital products, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and alternative data solutions as well as cost discipline should underpin growth into financial year 2027,” it said in a note today.

The investment bank also maintained a ‘buy’ call on CTOS Digital with an unchanged target price of RM1.06 per share.
