Listen Labs Launches AI ‘Twins’ To Predict Customer Behaviour

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 (Bernama) -- Listen Labs, an artificial intelligence (AI) customer research company, has launched Listen Twins, AI models of individual real people in a company’s target audience, built from in-depth interviews and designed to predict how they would respond to questions.

Companies can put a question to their own panel of more than 100 Twins and see how their audience would respond within seconds.

In testing, Twin answers matched the distribution of real people’s answers with 93 per cent accuracy, Listen Labs said in a statement.

“Our Twins know the story behind every answer. And across millions of interviews, we have identified Keystone Questions that unlock how people actually behave. The ability to predict how people will react is a powerful tool,” said Listen Labs Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Alfred Wahlforss.

Listen Labs recruits participants matching a company’s target audience from its network of more than 50 million people, interviews each one in depth and builds their Twin, which is also enriched with the company’s existing customer data.

Each Twin answers with its reasoning, the interview quote behind it and a confidence score, and does not guess beyond its scope.

Companies can use them to compare marketing campaigns, test reactions to announcements, identify which features customers would pay more for and assess new markets.

For higher-stakes go or no-go decisions, Listen Labs said it still recommends a full research study using its AI-moderated interview product.
