Templafy Launches Shareable AI Document Agents For Business Teams

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 (Bernama) -- Templafy, the agentic document generation platform, has launched Templafy Team, a new offering that enables professional teams build, customise and share their own artificial intelligence (AI) Document Agents, drawing on company knowledge, templates and approved content.

“AI has made it easier than ever to generate content, but generating a document is only one part of getting work done,” said Templafy Chief Product Officer, Oskar Konstantyner in a statement.

He said the bigger opportunity was enabling teams to create AI agents that understand how their business operates.

“Instead of everyone working with AI differently, teams can build on shared knowledge and best practices, creating a more consistent and scalable approach,” he added.

The offering is aimed at teams that produce large volumes of documents, including those in consulting, professional services, financial services and sales. It combines customisable agents with Templafy’s patented document generation technology.

Rather than repeatedly prompting AI or rebuilding presentations from earlier work, teams can build their knowledge and best practices into shared agents for recurring tasks.

The company said that as AI becomes more embedded in everyday business workflows, keeping output high-quality and consistent remains a challenge, especially for teams repeatedly creating presentations, proposals and client deliverables.

The agents can generate native, editable PowerPoint presentations using company templates and approved assets. They can also edit presentations and review them against company knowledge and standards.

Users can access the agents through PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, without changing the tools they already use.
