Exsim Hospitality Bags RM13.49 Mln Carpentry Subcontract

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM13.49 million subcontract from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd to supply, fabricate, deliver and install carpentry works.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of award (LOA) today for the subcontract works to be carried out in accordance with the main contract programme prepared by Binastra Builders.

It said that the main contract commenced on Dec 9, 2024, and is scheduled for completion on June 8, 2028, with a duration of 42 months.

Meanwhile, the defects liability period is 27 months from the date of the certificate of practical completion of the completed works, or until all defects are made good, whichever is later.

“The acceptance of the LOA is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the nominated subcontract works,” it said.
