AM Best To Host Networking Reception In Hong Kong On Nov 11

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Global credit rating agency, AM Best will host a networking reception at the Harbour Grand Kowloon in Hong Kong on Nov 11, in conjunction with the International Association of Insurance Supervisors’ (IAIS) annual conference.

AM Best in a statement said the reception will bring together clients, regulators and other stakeholders to share perspectives on the market.

Its executive vice president and chief strategy officer, Andrea Keenan, and senior director of industry relations, Meg Mulry will attend, along with Rob Curtis, managing director and chief executive officer of AM Best’s Asia-Pacific operations, who will also be available for meetings with conference delegates.

The IAIS conference, to be held on Nov 12 and 13 at the Kerry Hotel, will examine emerging risks such as the impact of artificial intelligence on insurance supervision.

It will also look at the role of insurance in building resilience against growing natural catastrophe risks and shifting social trends.
