Pavilion REIT Records Lower Net Profit Of RM92.90 Mln In Third Quarter

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (Pavilion REIT) posted a lower net profit of RM92.90 million in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2026, from RM94.58 million in 3Q 2025.

Revenue fell by 0.3 per cent to RM227.29 million from RM227.88 million previously, mainly due to lower advertising income at Elite Pavilion Mall, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

For the nine months of 2026, net profit was RM287.74 million, higher than RM263.66 million a year ago, while revenue rose to RM694.20 billion from RM669.39 billion previously.

It said higher revenue for the nine months was mainly driven by rental income from the two newly acquired hotels on June 20, 2025, as well as Pavilion Bukit Jalil, supported by sustained occupancy levels.

On its prospects, the company said it will continue to collaborate with the tourism ministry and associations to support Visit Malaysia 2026 with proactive management of its properties to give its unitholders steady distributions.
