KLCI Futures Higher At Midday

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 21 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were higher at midday.

At lunch break, the October 2026 contract advanced 2.5 points to 1,598.5, November 2026 rose 4.0 points to 1,600.0, December 2026 gained 1.5 points to 1,604.0, and the March 2027 contract went up 6.0 points to 1,591.5. 

Turnover stood at 4,033 lots, while open interest amounted to 43,377 contracts.

At 12.30 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) inched up 1.24 points, or 0.07 per cent, to 1,600.82, from Tuesday’s close of 1,599.58.
