Budget 2027 Aims To Ensure Progress Benefits All Malaysians - Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 (Bernama) -- Budget 2027 reaffirms the government’s commitment to ensuring that national progress benefits every citizen through continued improvements in their standard of living, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

In a post on X, Anwar said the fifth MADANI Budget also prioritised safeguarding the people’s well-being and ensuring they could live with dignity.

“Insya-Allah, this afternoon I will table Budget 2027 in the Dewan Rakyat, with the aspiration to ‘reach for the skies while remaining rooted to the earth’.

“Watch the live tabling of Budget 2027 on major television channels and digital platforms at 3.30 pm today,” he said.
