Second Reading Of Supply Bill 2027 This Friday At 3.30 Pm
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 6 (Bernama) -- The Supply Bill 2027 (Budget 2027) will be tabled for the second reading in the Dewan Rakyat this Friday at 3.30 pm.
Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan said the bill was tabled for the first reading today after the completion of the oral question and answer session.
The Budget 2027 debate session at the policy level is scheduled to last for eight days, from Oct 12 to 22, followed by a ministerial answer session from Oct 26 to 29.
Debate at the committee level will begin from Nov 2 to 26.
Budget 2027, which will be presented by Prime Minister and Finance Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, is the fifth budget under the MADANI Government administration formed in 2022, and the budget is also the second budget under the 13th Malaysia Plan.
