FBM KLCI Futures Open Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 6 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher on Tuesday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At 10.05 am, the October 2026 contract gained 10.50 points to 1,633.50, the November 2026 contract rose 8.0 points to 1,632.50, the December 2026 contract added 9.0 points to 1,639.0, and the March 2027 contract gained 9.5 points to 1,625.50.

Turnover stood at 1,798 lots, while open interest totalled 42,282 contracts.
