Infomina Wins RM62.65 Mln Technology Services Contract
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- Infomina Bhd has secured a RM62.65 million contract to provide technology and maintenance services to a financial institution in Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the technology solutions company said it has accepted the letter of award (LOA) from the financial institution today, and further details regarding the contract’s value and scope remain unavailable.
“The tenure of the LOA is 69 months, commencing from Oct 1, 2026 to June 30, 2032,” it said, adding that any renewal or extension of the LOA after the period is at the discretion of the financial institution.
Under the contract, Infomina will provide a range of technology-related services, including the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, implementation, support and maintenance of hardware, equipment, software and other related items.
The company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings over the contract period.
Infomina shares closed at RM1.60, up 2 sen.
