KLCI Futures Edge Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 7 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives edged higher in early trade on Monday.

At 9.43 am, the September 2026 and October 2026 contracts added 3.5 points each to 1,686.0 and 1,685.0, respectively. The December 2026 contract rose 4.5 points to 1,690.5, and March 2027 rose 2.4 points to 1,674.50.

Turnover stood at 976 contracts, while open interest totalled 39,326 contracts.

At 10.02 am, the FBM KLCI rose 2.76 points to 1,710.86 from Friday’s close of 1,708.10.
