FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 17 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Monday.

At 9.33 am, the August 2026, September 2026 and December 2026 contracts eased four points to 1,722.0, 1,701.0 and 1,702.5, respectively, while March 2027 inched down 3.5 points to 1,685.5.

Turnover was at 1,283, while open interest totalled 38,006 contracts.

At 9.59 am, the FBM KLCI eased by 0.21 points to 1,727.18 from last Friday’s close of 1,727.39.
