PSP Energy's Unit Secures Sinopec Lubricant Distributorship Deal

KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Bernama) -- PSP Energy Bhd’s (PSP Energy) wholly owned subsidiary, PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd (PSP Lubricants), has been appointed by Sinopec Lubricant Co Ltd (Sinopec) as its authorised distributor for Perak, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang.

PSP Energy is an established provider of commercial fuel, bunkering and lubricant solutions in Malaysia, while Sinopec is one of China’s largest energy and petrochemical groups.

Sinopec’s lubricant division supplies a comprehensive range of automotive, industrial and speciality lubricant products to customers across multiple markets.

In a statement today, PSP Energy said the distributorship deal broadens PSP Lubricants’ product portfolio while enhancing its ability to serve customers seeking reliable lubricant solutions from an established international brand.

PSP Energy group managing director Ong Chee Seng said the appointment marked an important step in strengthening the group’s lubricant business and expanding its presence in key regional markets.

“Sinopec is a recognised global brand with an extensive range of lubricant products, and we are pleased to partner with the company to better serve customers across Perak and the East Coast states.
