MN Holdings Shares Rise After Main Market Transfer Nod
KUALA LUMPUR, July 21 (Bernama) -- MN Holdings Bhd’s share price rose after the company received approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to transfer its listing to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
At 10.22 am, the share price added one sen to RM2.92, while its warrant gained one sen to RM2.70, with 232,800 shares traded.
Yesterday, the infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist said it had received approval from the SC in a letter dated July 16, 2026.
The proposed transfer remains subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals, including approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities.
