MN Holdings Gets SC Nod For Main Market Transfer

KUALA LUMPUR, July 20 (Bernama) -- MN Holdings Bhd has secured approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) for its proposed transfer to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd from the ACE Market.

In a statement today, the infrastructure utilities construction and engineering solutions specialist said the SC granted the approval in a letter dated July 16, 2026.

The proposed transfer remains subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals, including those of Bursa Malaysia Securities.

Managing director Datuk Clement Toh said the proposed transfer marked a significant milestone for the company and reflected its progress since listing on the ACE Market.

"It places MN Holdings in a stronger position to capture opportunities arising from Malaysia's continued investment in power infrastructure, data centres, renewable energy, water, gas and utilities-related developments," he added.
