“Homebuyers may choose from two practical layouts with built-up areas of about 981 sq ft and 1,250 sq ft. Each unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making the homes suitable for individuals, young couples and growing families,” it said.

PTL Properties said the development includes a clubhouse featuring a variety of recreational and community facilities, including a community hall, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gym, barbecue pit, and other shared spaces designed to encourage an active and connected lifestyle.

It added that most units are designed with a north-south orientation, while the development also features artificial intelligence (AI)-powered CCTV surveillance, electric vehicle charging point readiness, and a centralised water-filtration system supplied by Bacfree.

“The Rimbun reflects our commitment to delivering quality and affordable homes that combine practical layouts, modern conveniences, community facilities and enhanced security features,” the company said.

To mark the opening of the sales gallery, the developer hosted a launch event attended by more than 1,000 visitors.

The programme featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a lion dance performance, game stalls, an Aistru Coffee booth and complimentary fresh coconuts.

Visitors also have the opportunity to interact with two alpacas, while key opinion leaders, namely Sai, Bernice, Vikram, and Zomic mingled with guests throughout the event. The day's programme also featured a talk show hosted by BBK Lucas and Kah Mun.

Bacfree has also set up an exhibition booth to introduce visitors to the concept, features and benefits of the development’s centralised water-filtration system.

Homebuyers who reserved a unit during the launch event were eligible to participate in a lucky draw featuring prizes worth up to RM30,000. For more information about The Rimbun, visit www.ptlproperties.com.my or The Rimbun Sales Gallery.
