RealPage Completes Cherre Acquisition To Expand Real Estate AI Platform
KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- RealPage Inc, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled software and data analytics provider, has completed its acquisition of real estate data intelligence company Cherre, expanding its AI capabilities for the real estate sector.
RealPage President and Chief Executive Officer, Dirk Wakeham said Cherre has built the trusted, governed intelligence that institutional owners and asset managers depend on.
“Bringing that expertise into RealPage means every customer, whether they manage one property or a global portfolio, gets access to a stronger, more trustworthy foundation for their decisions,” he said in a statement.
According to RealPage, Cherre's platform resolves more than four billion entities and US$4 trillion in real assets globally into a secure, governed data foundation for institutional owners. (US$1 = RM4.07)
RealPage serves more than 42,000 customers and 24 million housing units worldwide, bringing operational scale across the property lifecycle.
Following the acquisition, RealPage customers will gain access to Cherre's intelligence platform to connect property-level data with portfolio- and fund-level insights, supporting AI-driven decision-making.
Meanwhile, Cherre customers will benefit from RealPage's global scale, engineering resources and deployment capabilities while continuing to work with the same dedicated team.
RealPage said both companies remain committed to an open, governed platform, allowing customers to access and use their data under existing security, governance and permission controls.
