Econpile Wins RM48.8 Mln Contract For KL Serviced Apartment Project

KUALA LUMPUR, June 26 (Bernama) -- Econpile Holdings Bhd has secured a RM48.8 million subcontract from Vestland Infra Sdn Bhd to undertake specialist bored pile and foundation works for a serviced apartment project in Kuala Lumpur.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, Econpile said its wholly owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd, received a letter of award (LoA) on June 25, 2026.

“The project comprises a 74-storey serviced apartment, including car parks, a basement, shop lots and related facilities,” it said.

Econpile said the project shall be completed within 16 months from July 7, 2026, and is expected to contribute positively to the company's revenue and earnings from the financial year ending June 30, 2027 onwards.

“There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the project during the contract period. The management would put in place control measures and operational procedures to reduce the impact or likelihood of such events,” it said.
