Kerjaya Prospek Secures RM529.3 Mln Contract For Bukit Tunku Development

KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 (Bernama) -- Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM529.3 million contract from BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd to undertake a development project in Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur.

The construction and property development group said wholly owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd will execute the proposed development of eight blocks of villa residences comprising 146 units, together with two blocks of car parks and two levels of basement parking featuring common facilities and a clubhouse.

The contract will begin on June 15, 2026, and is scheduled for completion within 33 months from the commencement date, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years,” Kerjaya Prospek added.
