FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today in line with the cash market.

April 2025 improved 19.0 points to 1,483.5, May 2025 and June 2025 added 18.5 points to 1,481.0 and 1,477.0 respectively, while September 2025 gained 16.5 points to 1,460.0.

Turnover rose to 10,411 lots from 8,608 lots yesterday, and open interest advanced to 50,723 contracts against 47,068 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI strengthened 6.35 points to 1,483.27 from Wednesday’s close of 1,476.92.
