Nestcon Bags RM228.30 Mln Construction Contract From Paramount Property In Ampang Hilir

KUALA LUMPUR, March 26 (Bernama) -- Nestcon Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM228.30 million construction contract from Paramount Property (Cityview) Sdn Bhd for a project in Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Nestcon said the contract involves constructing a 49-storey condominium block and a seven-storey condominium block.

The project is scheduled to run for 37 months, from April 29, 2025, to May 28, 2028, the company said, adding that the defect liability period will last 27 months from the date of the certificate of practical completion. 

Nestcon expects the contract to positively impact its net assets per share, earnings per share, and gearing throughout the contract duration.
