Cyberview Strengthens Position In CCC With Full Ownership Of CSB Development

KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 (Bernama) -- Cyberview Sdn Bhd has strengthened its position in the Cyberjaya City Centre development (CCC) by assuming a 100 per cent stake in CSB Development Sdn Bhd (CSBD), following the acquisition of shares from MRCB Land.

In a statement today, Cyberview said CSBD now controls the largest land area within the CCC development, unlocking greater potential for long-term planning, strategic land utilisation, and value creation.

“This prime positioning ensures seamless connectivity and access to robust infrastructure, reinforcing CCC’s appeal as a future-ready development,” Cyberview -- master developer of Cyberjaya -- said.

CSBD now holds 27 hectares of freehold land, strategically located within the Transit-Oriented Development in CCC.

It also stated that the project’s refined approach is designed to be adaptive and resilient, integrating digital infrastructure, sustainable urban planning, and cutting-edge innovation.

The company said the physical works on the CCC project could commence as early as next year, with interim developments planned to activate the area around the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Cyberjaya City Centre Station.

These early initiatives also aim to enhance the area’s vibrancy and attract interest from prospective investors and businesses, Cyberview said.

“With a strong emphasis on sustainability and technological advancement, Cyberview aims to establish CCC as a high-impact hub for businesses, multinational corporations, and technology-driven industries.

“This initiative will not only accelerate Cyberjaya’s transformation into a world-class tech and innovation ecosystem but also solidify Malaysia’s position as a key player in the global digital economy,” it said.
